MORSE ACTIVITY EVENINGS

**To encourage newcomers and the less experienced to gain confidence on the key, the Committee has decided to run a series of Morse Activity Evenings with the theme "Contact a friend on CW at your speed".

The CARA Slow Morse Evenings - Tuesdays, 8pm to 9pm between 3540 and 3550kHz - are proving to be popular with a regular band of members taking part, and more joining in as the weeks go by. We even have one or two non-CARA members taking part most weeks.

The primary aim of the activity sessions is to encourage the newly licensed and the less experienced to gain confidence on the key. So don't be put off calling someone sending too fast for you - he/she should come back to you at your speed.
